My experience with Sairanne felt professional but human and real. I appreciated her manner, tone and professional experience. I felt she got the balance just right in offering the necessary information with the appropriate level of professionalism but also relating well to me as another human being undertaking cancer treatment. I would highly recommend her without hesitation. Also my experience from of all the staff I have encountered so far on my personal journey, whether at the entrance way, reception desks, to nurses and consultants have been positive. Keep up the great work and thank you for going that extra mile and showing care alongside professionalism.
